For any reason, you can deactivate any QR code linked to your FindR account by selecting the “Delete QR Code” option. Simply click on “Delete QR Code,” confirm your choice, and the QR code will be instantly deactivated. By doing this, the QR code becomes available again — you free it up for future use. You can then reassign the code to a different item or transfer your FindR product (and its freed code) to someone else.
-
To deactivate your FindR account simply connect to the FindR App, click on “User settings” and you can then “Deactivate” your account. Please note that for deactivating your account you will be asked - prior to deactivation - to deactivate all QR codes you may own and that are linked to your account.

This system ensures that each sticker you have is not just a physical piece but also has its unique digital identity in the form of an NFT on the Ethereum blockchain. It's an innovative way to combine physical art with the world of digital assets.
-
NFT stands for "Non-Fungible Token." It represents ownership or proof of authenticity of a unique item or piece of content on the blockchain, which is a decentralized digital ledger.
Unlike cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin or Ethereum which are fungible and can be exchanged on a one-for-one basis, NFTs are unique. Think of them as collectible digital art certificates.
-
Owning an NFT means you have a digital certificate of ownership stored on the blockchain. This proves your ownership and ensures the digital art's authenticity.
-
When you scan the QR code on a FindR sticker, you're taken through a process to create its digital twin in the form of an NFT.
This NFT represents your particular sticker in the digital world and proves its authenticity and origin.
-
After minting the NFT by scanning the QR code, it's stored on the Ethereum blockchain.
You can access and view your NFT through digital wallets or platforms that support Ethereum-based NFTs. Examples include MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or OpenSea.
Remember to keep your wallet's private key and passphrase safe. Losing them means losing access to your NFT!
-
NFTs can be sold or traded on various online marketplaces that support them, like OpenSea, Rarible, or Foundation. Their value can go up or down based on demand, rarity, and other factors.
-
Always ensure you're on the correct platform or website when dealing with NFTs to avoid scams. Trust only official communications from FindR and avoid sharing your wallet's private key with anyone.
